Environmental Scientist/Engineer

EBWA is currently seeking an Environmental Scientist/Engineer for work in our land development and municipal engineering groups.

Requirements:
  • Candidates with 4+ years of land development or water resources experience are preferred
  • SEO (Soils Enforcement Officer) designation and AutoCAD proficiency are a plus
  • Responsible for hands-on investigation of wetlands, soil types, septic systems and Phase 1 environmental studies
  • Additional responsibilities include completion of Act 537 Planning Modules, septic system design, wetland delineation and environmental studies
  • Candidate should be able to work independently and manage the permitting for projects requiring Act 537 approval, wetlands JD, NPDES permitting and other DEP permitting
  • Candidate should have familiarity with Federal, State & County regulations pertaining to the approval process and strong communication and project coordination skills

Civil Engineer - Project Engineer

EBWA is currently seeking a civil engineer (PE or EIT preferred) with 3+ years of land development design experience. The project engineer will assist our project managers in the land development design process.

Requirements:
  • Proven working experience in civil engineering, including 3+ years of land development design
  • Experience with site layout design including grading, drainage, E&S, sanitary sewer and stormwater management
  • Familiarity with Federal, State & County regulations pertaining to approval process
  • Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills, including proven experience working on multiple projects in a timely & cost-effective manner
  • Strong technical skills and a knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD
  • EIT or PE license preferred
  • Degree in Civil Engineering

Civil Engineer - Entry Level

EBWA is currently seeking recent college graduates for an entry level position as a civil engineer. The civil engineer will focus on land development design and assist our project managers in the land development design process

Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • EIT certification (or obtain within 12 months of employment)
  • Previous co-op or internship experience in the engineering field
  • Strong technical skills and a knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD
  • Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
